3 simple steps on how to order a greeting video!
1. Upload an Image
Upload an Picture you want us to print out and show in the video.
2. Write a message
Write the text you want to show in your greeting video (1-3 sentences recommended).
3. Pick your favourite song
Pick your song to show up in your greeting video that our dancers will dance to. You can either write the name of the song (e.g: Love Is A Long Road - Tom Petty) OR let us pick the song for you.
1 Order = 1 Meal
For every order placed in our store we donate one meal to the people in need. So create a greeting video feeling good about the people who are in need.

How do i order?
1. Choose your favourite Photo, so we can print them out.
2. Choose your text on the poster (1-3 sentences) that our friends will say. These sentences are written on the poster and will be spoken by us.
3. Add your favourite Song to it, you can also choose the second to start for example: Happy Song (0:15)
5. If you have any special wishes (putting on Shirt etc.), feel free to add this on the “Text on Poster” field.
4. When the video is made, it will be delivered by email within 1 to 3 Days (African Team 1-2 Days) . Please also keep an eye on your spam inbox.
How to add a Song?
When you buy one of our greeting videos, you will see a box where it says which song you want. Write for example Cardi B - I Like It, the youtube link of the song OR let us choose it for you.
Are your videos made by A.I, photoshopped, edited or fake?
Our Videos are entirely made by real individuals. We manually write the messages on the board, occasionally employing reusable character magnets. Every message shoutout is delivered by actual people featured in the video!
Is it only for Birthdays and Weedings?
No, we can create videos for a wide range of occasions, including Graduation, Father's Day, and Mother's Day.
What is the Delivery Time?
We usually need 2-3 days for order processing and delivery. During peak periods, please be patient, as slight delays may occur. Our daily order capacity is limited, so if your order is delayed, kindly wait a few extra days before contacting us.
Please note, however, that the delivery time can be significantly shortened if you choose the "Fast Delivery" option. In this case, your order can be delivered in as little as 1 day.
What if i ordered Express Delivery?
In this situation, your order will be given top priority, and we anticipate its completion within 1-2 days. Please be patient with us as we meticulously process videos on a first-come, first-served basis. It's important to keep in mind that the order placement day is not considered the first day!
If you've chosen Express Delivery with the African Team, rest assured that we can guarantee delivery on the very next day.
How will i receive the Video?
Your video will be sent via email in HD quality. Please remember to also check your Spam folder for its arrival.
How long is a Video?
The duration of a Video will range from 40 to 60 seconds.
Will my Video be posted on social media platforms?
Definitely Not without your permission! We only share videos when you allow us, by clicking “Post my video on TikTok”
Do these People get payed enough?
Absolutely, we ensure fair compensation for all our teams per video. Additionally, for each order placed, we contribute by providing one meal to families in need.
I haven't received my Order
We ensure that all orders are sent on time. While it's possible that certain emails may end up in your SPAM folder, please do check there as well. If you're unable to locate it, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'd be more than happy to resend it to you.
